Go to Bed Early - While this one is self-explanatory; it is extremely important that your sleep schedule gets back on track to ensure you are fully rested and recharged for the long week ahead of you.
Drink Water - Your first instinct to wake yourself up might be coffee but the best way to start your day is with a glass of water. Not only is it good for you, but it will also wake you up.
Do Something You Enjoy - After a weekend of doing whatever you want, Mondays can seem pretty boring compared. This is why it’s important you set aside some “you time” so that you have something to forward to on Mondays.
Start With Something Productive - Completing small tasks in the morning such as making your bed, checking emails, etc…, these will trick your brain into being more productive at work throughout the day.
Smile - While it is cheesy, smiling actually tricks the brain into believing you are content and happy. This will help make Mondays better for everyone. No one wants to see a frown while they are already dreading the day as it is.?
