For many B2B marketers, the last months of the year are always the kick-off for the next year's plan.
I am often asked by my clients to help them with their planning efforts. One client, in particular, was especially determined to have a solid go-to-market plan with their 10 sales teams, so we are working together to do 10 sales/marketing workshops. (Yes, a perfect 10!)
I am thinking through my own templates and processes on how to “scale” to 10 workshops and, eventually, create a consolidated and solid global go-to-market plan to enable these 10 sales teams.?
This is the fun part of working as a consultant. Clients always come with different challenges and asks, and I’ve had to think hard to craft a solid framework and implementable solution. That said, it can also be stressful to come up with a solid framework and implementable solution. ?? #challengeaccepted
