1 年Hello. I appreciate what you are trying to do here. From the standpoint of being a woman and a mother I know expectations feel different for us. However, 2023 is the year of change. It's the year that we stand as one. Not man, not woman, not any ethnicity. The only way to break the cycle is to squash it. #wearehuman. When we continuously bring attention to the bad behavior it continuously snowballs the issue. The biggest issue are: 1.) Learning how to properly communicate. 2.) Realize everything we do in life is a contract. Expectations and boundaries must be set. 3.) Realized chaos is created to divert attention off the main event. 4.) Our country, & constitution were founded on Christian beliefs. 5.) Our view on the world is a reflection in the mirror of our own insecurities. What we notice most, is either because we have taken a look inward and corrected the issue or we are stuck in an issue due to a circumstance, and don't realize it. 6.) We're all guilty of judging, and victims of judgement. The world lacks compassion and empathy. Unless you know what it is to truly be down and out, with absolutely no family support, you couldn't understand the deepest pain someone's going through. Mita Mallick Elon Musk Amazon Google Meta

2 年Wow! Crushed this topic! For WOC run those receipts, it matters! Twenty years ago, no space existed for these conversations and we accepted invisibility. This is what I heard. It is imperative to manage people’s perception. We are micro-managing their lower expectation of us as women of color and their bias and stereotypes. It’s down right exhausting, but the more of us that fight the good fight, this is where change happens. Powerful!
