Ingredients:
- Chicken pieces (Marinade chicken in buttermilk with bone-in and skin-on)
- All-purpose flour

1.) In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of white pepper, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of dried thyme, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of dried celery flakes, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of ginger powder, and 1 tablespoon of black pepper. This will be your seasoned flour mixture.
2.) Take each piece of chicken and dip it into the seasoned flour mixture, making sure to coat it thoroughly. Shake off any excess flour and set the coated chicken aside on a plate or wire rack.
3.) Once all the chicken pieces are coated, let them rest for about 10-15 minutes to allow the coating to sticks better.
4.) In a deep pot or skillet, heat vegetable oil or frying oil of your choice to around 350°F (175°C), Fry it for 8-10 minutes.And make sure there is enough oil to fully submerge the chicken pieces.
5.) Carefully place a few chicken pieces into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry them for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden tan. Larger pieces may require additional cooking time.
6.) Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place it on a wire rack or paper towels to drain any excess oil.
7.) Repeat the frying process with the remaining chicken pieces until all are cooked.
