HOW TO MAKE THE FLUFFIEST PANCAKES WITH FIVE SIMPLE STEPS

Are you looking to make the fluffiest pancakes and just have a bite of that soft, warm, and chewy bite of cake on a pan in your mouth? Well, here’s a recipe you can use to make not just pancakes, but the fluffiest ones in town.
INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour
Granulated white sugar
Baking powder
Salt
Egg
Butter or vegetable oil
Milk
Vanilla extract
Honey (optional)
HOW TO MAKE THE PANCAKES
1, Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl i.e the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the milk, egg, oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
2, Add the wet ingredients (the batter) to the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the mixture until it moistens, be sure to not overdo it or make it too brisk. You might end up with some lumps in your batter and that’s fine.
3, Heat the pan. Many people often take this step for granted. Use a quality nonstick pan or any you can get your hands on as long as it’s good quality, place on medium heat, and wait about two minutes. Grease the pan lightly with your butter/vegetable oil, and wipe away excess oil with a sheet of paper towel.
4, Pour about ? cup of batter into the pan to make your pancakes, depending on how large you want your pancake to be. You’ll know when they’re ready to be flipped when you start seeing bubbles on top of the batter and the edges look cooked. Don’t rush them. Flip them and you’ll see a golden brown color, allow the other side to cook.
5, Finally, serve your fluffy pancakes and top them with your honey, butter, or favorite syrup. It’s time to dig in! ???
