HOW TO MAKE EVERYTHING BURN IN THE NAME OF LEADERSHIP! (Special edition)

Ha, ha, ha! You know what's really funny? Everyone talks about leadership as if it were a matter of noble knights and heroic crusades. But how about we look at leadership from my perspective? Sure, sure, they say that leading is about ensuring the right thing is done, even if it’s uncomfortable. How touching! But sometimes, "good" and "evil" are just words that the powerful use for their own games.

Imagine this scene: a Director, a master of orderly chaos, decides to expel some poor devil from a meeting for no apparent reason. And what do the others do? Nothing. Absolute silence! Ha! No one moved a muscle. And not because they didn't know it was an injustice, but because it didn't affect them. Isn't it ironic? Ah, indifference, the most powerful weapon in this circus called life.

So, what leadership lesson can we draw from here, from the point of view of a "sane" soul like mine?

  1. Leadership is the spark of chaos: A true leader cannot remain still in the face of injustice. But they don't do it out of altruism, no, no. They do it because they understand the power of chaos, of breaking the illusory calm to expose people's true nature. What good is being a leader if you’re not willing to stir the waters a bit?
  2. The power of voice (or laughter): Ah, the voice. A leader knows that their voice, like contagious laughter, can ignite fires, can make others question everything they think they know. But not because they want them to be just, but because they enjoy seeing how their fragile structures of control crumble.
  3. Responsibility is a shared joke: Responsibility? Ha, ha, ha. Don’t expect someone else to clean up the mess, because when you’re a leader in my world, the mess is part of the game. Raise your voice, take the first step, not out of a sense of duty, but because you know someone has to be the first to go mad, and that, my friend, should be you.
  4. Critical thinking... or how to laugh at the crowd: A leader in my style doesn’t conform to the majority. No, no, no. They teach others to think for themselves, or better yet, to think differently, to break away from the monotony of what is accepted. Because in the end, decisions based on ethical principles are just another form of control, and the true leader knows how to mock them while guiding their team towards an uncertain, but deliciously chaotic, destination.

So, tell me, have you ever had to raise your voice for justice? Or have you rather enjoyed watching the world consume itself in its own flames while you laugh from the shadows? Because in the end, leading is not just about justice; sometimes it’s just about making everything burn in the most entertaining way possible. Ha, ha, ha!
