How to make advertising 10 times more effective?
Let’s assume, you are a happy owner of an NFT collection, which is about to start sales. The advertising campaign has already been launched, and users are flowing into your socials.?
Advertising is a great thing, it provides new blood to both new and existing projects. Proper channels and creatives will help you achieve set goals. But how to make it even more effective? How to make your current users look forward to the mint start? Today we’re dissecting a couple of methods of boosting user interest in the mint.?
Pre-sale
The logic is quite simple here. Some designated users, the most active ones, or contest winners are the first to get the mint access. People love feeling special, being the first to do something. What’s more, it increases their chances to acquire a rare item for their collection.
Conditions are usually pretty user-friendly. For instance, writing posts about the project, reposting, subscribing to accounts. That way, you get more social media activity with minimum effort.
?White lists serve the same purpose. As a nice bonus, you get users’ contact details, such as emails, for future newsletters.

Pre-mint
There are some different steps for you to take here. The idea is, before going public, a certain number of #NFTs will be distributed among users, for winning in contest and other activities.
Unlike pre-sales, pre-mint items are free. Yet there is no reason to panic! It’s a kind of way of testing your collection, encouraging users to get other NFTs from the collection, like we did it with our Mad Punks collection. It has 3000 items, 1000 in each faction. Having won a Punk from one faction, the members couldn’t resist minting Punks from the others.
And the cherry on top, a small trick. And it’s (a drum roll)… a countdown timer widget on the collection’s website. It’s much easier than previous 2 methods, it works, though. You can use the screenshots of the timer for content and nurturing the community.
