?? How to make action effective.
Actions don’t lead results or experience.
Our mental filters do.
Taking action may sometimes be helpful as a permission slip for changing our filters…
But all actions - including the action of creating a strategy or plan - are the outcomes and expressions of our mental filters.
Our actions and reactions just point to how we’re filtering and conditioning the pure potential of Consciousness in the mind in the moment.
Tracking backward from Outcomes to Source is the simplest way to see how simple it is to realise whatever outcomes we’d love.
Commercially, culturally or personally.
And to see why the game is mental and why striving or staying in a state of wanting makes no sense.
Tracking backwards...
Perceptions / outcomes / outer experiences including behaviours and actions.
??
Thoughts and feelings / inner outcomes / inner experiences.
??
Identity - Who I AM aware / conscious of being.
??
The Mind - The mind is the active filter enabling the potential of Consciousness to have experience / be self-aware - and in which all ‘inner and outer’ experiences take place.
??
Consciousness - pure, infinite potential, prior to the activity and expressions of mind. Who we essentially are.
Also referred to by other names including Awareness / The Quantum Field / Infinite intelligence / I AM / Love / Life / Joy / Bliss / Source / Nature / God.
It's why we LOVE deep sleep - we retreat fully from the mind and return to experience our infinite, boundless self.
The order of expression of Life's potential through us is always:
Consciousness / Source / Infinite Potential / Love / Life / I AM Awareness
??
The Mind (the impersonal vehicle for the expression and experience of potential / anything imaginable).
??
WHO I Am Aware of Being (the personal filtering of the impersonal potential).
??
WHAT I Am therefore Being aware and conscious of.
??
WHAT I Am therefore being moved to think, believe and feel (as the outcome of who I Am Aware of Being and what I Am Being aware of).
??
WHAT I Am now being moved to do / take action on and to have / perceive / experience.
It doesn't work in any other way.
We experience more of who and what we're being aware of.
Yet we are free to believe things work differently.
We're so free as creators of experience, we're free to attempt to go against nature...
Which gives rise to suffering and, if we persist, to the experience of dis-ease.
We may not learn about it at school but:
I AM is a verb.
It's a ‘stative’ verb.

And Who I AM aware of being expresses in the mind automatically.
We experience in 'relation to' who and what we're aware and conscious of being.
What we think, feel, do and have are simply the subsequent, relative and limited expressions and experiences of our absolute, limitless potential.
So, the most powerful and potent action we can ever take with regard to generating the results we'd love - regardless of appearances or contrast or whatever we're feeling...
Is to choose what we’d now Love to experience and to make the inner mental move to being aware of being it.
Whilst allowing whatever we're feeling to run its course without identifying with it.
This is essentially where our freewill to do begins and ends!
Regardless of circumstances, we're always free to choose and occupy any ‘I AM state’ or ‘identity’..... from the infinite choices available.
And to then have the experience of this unfolding.
Which includes whatever actions we may then be inspired to take.
All that we think, feel, decide and are moved to do follow who we're aware of being and what we're being aware of.
The mistake that's so easy to make is to overlook the cause or inspiration of our thoughts and actions.
Because we're always being inspired.
What matters is by what?
Because 'doing' to get a result to resolve how we feel so we can then Be or feel differently...
Is an attempt to go against our nature.
As mentioned, it may be helpful as a permission slip and every experience is valid but action inspired by lack, wanting or needing or from feeling anxious etc...
Can only deliver desired outcomes sustainably if we move in mind to identify with being the one who has the desired outcome.
Which is the definition of courage.
We're free to work 'bottom up' and to use our actions as a permission slip for unconsciously shifting our 'identity' ....
It's what we learn 'to do'.
And we may validate ourself based on how hard we've worked or attribute our results to our hard work.
But, in attempting to go against our nature, it's not only hard work but, in overlooking cause and effect, the experience of feeling stuck is almost inevitable at some point.
Whether we do it consciously or unconsciously, suffering is the consequence of attempting to go against our nature.
And regardless, nature always wins.
Who and what I AM aware and conscious of being has to play out.
We can never 'out-do' or out-experience or out-perform ourself.
We'll always find the evidence for whatever we're "believing in"....
Believe in.
BE > LIVE IN.
We are the only one in our way and ultimately we are the only one who can free ourself to fulfil whatever it is we'd love.
Awareness is the bridge.
Permission slips are certainly helpful in different forms but none of them can help us go bigger, faster, better, smoother, more joyously or realise any desired outcome until we make the shift in mind first.
What can be very helpful is to ask ourself why it is we'd love what we'd love.
Because, when we're not filtering our desires through a subtle lens of fear and being inspired accordingly, we find there is no why.
There is no why for Love.
Why do we love what we love?
Because we 'DO'.
When we're being fully true to ourself, action looks after itself to deliver the results we love in life and business.
