When selecting an injection machine, it should be performed according to the maximum injection volume, the effective distance of the tie rod, the mold installation size on the template, the maximum mold thickness, the minimum mold thickness, the mold stroke, the ejection method, the ejection stroke, the injection pressure, and the clamping force. Check and use it only after meeting the requirements. 2. After the mold is installed on the injection machine, the empty mold operation must be performed first. Observe whether the operation of each part is flexible, whether there are abnormal phenomena, ejection stroke, whether the opening stroke is in place, whether the parting surface is tightly matched during mold clamping, whether the screw of the pressure plate is tightened, etc
3. When using the mold, keep the normal temperature and work at normal temperature to extend the service life of the mold.
4. Sliding parts on the mold, such as guide pins, return pins, push rods, cores, etc., should be observed at any time, checked regularly, scrubbed and filled with lubricating grease, especially when the temperature is high in summer, add at least two per shift Secondary oil to ensure that these sliders move flexibly and prevent tight bites.
5. Before each clamping, you should pay attention to whether the cavity is cleaned, and no residual products or any other foreign objects are allowed. When cleaning, do not use hard tools to prevent injury to the cavity surface.
6. For molds with special requirements on the cavity surface, the surface roughness Ra is less than or equal to 0.2cm. Never wipe by hand or cotton silk, use compressed air to blow, or use a high-grade napkin and high-grade absorbent cotton dipped in alcohol to gently wipe wipe
7. The cavity surface should be cleaned regularly. The injection mold often decomposes low-molecular compounds during the molding process to corrode the mold cavity, making the bright cavity surface gradually dull and dull, which reduces the quality of the product. Therefore, regular cleaning is required. Scrub can use alcohol or ketone preparations and dry immediately after scrubbing
8. When the operation needs to be temporarily stopped, the mold should be closed to prevent the cavity and core from being exposed to prevent accidental damage. The downtime is expected to exceed 24 hours. Spray the antirust oil on the surface of the cavity and core Or release agent, especially in wet areas and rainy seasons, no matter how short the time to do rust prevention treatment. Water vapor in the air will reduce the surface quality of the mold cavity and the surface quality of the product. When the mold is used again, the oil on the mold should be removed and wiped before use.
