How to maintain the ceramic anilox roller（sleeve）?
(1) Reduce normal wear and tear
The wear resistance of ceramic anilox rolls is good, but it is by no means "never wear". To slow down the wear of the ceramic anilox roller, the pressure applied to the doctor blade must be adjusted correctly first. There is a very thin layer of ink between the anilox roller and the doctor blade to lubricate and reduce wear and tear. Secondly, it is necessary to control the viscosity of the ink. The lubrication effect of high viscosity is poor, which is not conducive to reducing wear.
(2) Enhanced corrosion resistance
When the pH value of the ink, coating or cleaning agent contacted by the ceramic anilox roller is too large or too small (pH<45 and pH>11.8), the user should propose to the supplier to take enhanced corrosion-resistant measures in material selection and process. The selection of base roller materials is extremely important. Stainless steel has better corrosion resistance, and aluminum-based materials are more susceptible to corrosion than steel-based materials. Under the condition of water-based ink, anilox rollers made of aluminum-based materials should be used with caution.
(3) Avoid abnormal wear such as particles

In order to reduce the influence of the circumferential distribution of the scratch lines on the ceramic anilox roller, filtering measures and rare earth strong magnets are used in the ink pump system to capture all kinds of small particles of hardness; Influence, when installing the squeegee, you must carefully check whether the blade surface and the blade holder surface are clean and flat. After installation, check the straightness of the blade end face to avoid abnormal wear caused by improper installation.
(4) Avoid collision damage
Collision damage is mostly caused by operator carelessness. In addition to strengthening the operator's sense of responsibility, the ceramic anilox roller should be wrapped with a special protective sleeve during transportation or when stored in the workshop to avoid damaging the surface and sharp corners of the anilox roller.
