It is in the 'how' that the magic lies

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you who have walked alongside us this year and who inspired us, felt their grief, shined their light,?and shared hope and awareness with us.
At the end of this year, I feel so incredibly grateful.
This was the year where we had a chance to deeply feel many emotions, from the disappointment of what was lost to gratitude for the empty spaces it created.?And at the same time, for many, there were new stresses with kids at home, loneliness, loss or health issues. There was also?grief to WIN, with office changes, loss of funding and uncertainty.?We were breathing deeply and with deep trust. Because at the same time there was and still is a feeling of anticipation of the new to come, determination to transform, and knowledge that we are meant for these times.
I had a curious discovery this September that in some ways?these challenges make me feel alive. Coming together to create a new beginning with the feminine at its?core reminded me of the passion we had when we first began WIN and our women's leadership initiative. We knew we were set to change the world. That feeling is here again.?
Each and every one of you has a gift to offer to the world and in fact you are the gift.?
This was a year in which we had to trust and be deeply grounded and present -?staying in fear was not an option. This was the year that we truly understood what authenticity means as we looked each other directly in the face on our Zoom or Team calls, where kids might run by in the background, or a dog or a husband or wife walk by. We had to reflect on our inner journeys and trust our intuition, realizing the past struggles turned out to have been marvelous training grounds for this time. This is the year when even the most conservative began to share their thoughts about purpose,?joy and meditation and asked how to join a movement of conscious women leaders and men, such as with WIN. And as a pioneer, I say, finally.
The new beginning is here.?

A couple of days ago we?invited the everyone who has been to a WIN event to join our classic mobilizing workshop and holiday celebration. As usual we worked in groups on what we are grateful for and the gifts that have come our way this year. Likewise, we shared what we will let go of and what we wish to bring with us into the new yer, a new beginning.
Imagine if you are to go on a trip right now - what will you bring with you, of new habits, ideas, things and ways? What will you leave behind?
Maybe you wish to think about this now. Try listing three of each and choosing the most important one to you. So many shared how wellness and deeply trusting relationships had become their priority - being a friend, trusting and finding ways to transform fear. So many shared they wish to let go of resentfulness, overwork and fear. These answers were different from previous years'?–?softer, more filled with love for oneself, each other and our planet and the world.?That is the 'how' I always want you to follow at WIN.
It is in the how that the magic lies. It is in the how that we will be remembered.
Many women have not been heard, seen and valued enough and it is important to let go of all resentment?about it. Let's own it, feel it, acknowledge it and send it to the light. Because it doesn’t matter whether we were right or not or about winning or losing. We no longer need anything to hold us down - we transform that entire thought form. We transform it now. And as the renaissance women and men of our time, we know that our unique creativity is needed more than ever.?We make our oasis when we meet at WIN, where we value, see and hear each other and connect to flourish with purpose and joy. This is vital. It is all about creating new spaces where we put each other in the right light and from where possibilities emerge.?
We are at a new threshold. Even with all challenges and the fear from health to economic turbulence, there is also a vast canvas of possibilities ahead of us. When we come together, there is hope. We need each other.
The challenges make us stronger, just like a diamond. Our light will reach further.
