How Lush Films helped sell out a restaurant 6 months in advance.

Docket No33 is a fine dining restaurant in Whitchurch, Shropshire run by world renowned Chef Stuart Collins and his wife Fran Collins.

When the hospitality industry closed in the UK in 2021, Stuart and Fran faced a problem shared by millions, how would they get back on track once they were allowed to open again.

BRIEF:

Produce a range of video content that promotes Dockett no33 Restaurant, Chef Stuart Collins, and encourages bookings.

THE PLAN:

Spend a day filming at the restaurant, which will include:

• Stuart producing a range of the dishes from the menu.
• Fran preparing front of house, and mixing cocktails in the bar.

DELIVERY:

From the footage, we produced:

• 6 x Dish Films in landscape format, for use on the D33 website / PR opportunities.

• 6 x short 60 second Vertical versions of the same films for use on social media.
