How Long is Your To-Do List?

When you start writing your To-Do list, be very careful not to write more than three most important chores to get done that day.
Make sure your projects are achievable in a couple of hours at the most. If any of the tasks you choose take longer than a couple of hours, break the task into smaller steps.
Having big projects and not enough time or energy will add to your feeling of overwhelm and discourage. Breaking the big projects into smaller ones and more manageable will give you less resistance and quicker progress. Also this approach will help you to raise your confidence to tackle any future projects you choose.
