How long should the hiring process take?
Linkedln predicts that the hiring process takes between 3 to 6 weeks. Many different variables can factor into this hiring timeframe. Might I mention just a few?
A company may go the extra mile to cut down on the hiring timeline, but even with the best intentions, such a process invariably takes time. Hundreds of resumes are reviewed, numerous interviews are scheduled along with lengthy feedback to determine a decision. Compensation is then analyzed, requiring vast communication with the business and HR. While most companies race to offer a white glove candidate experience there are just some things that cannot be rushed, nor should it. This is a big decision for the candidate and the employer, a "reasonable" time frame should be expected, so it's important to get it right.
How can job seekers better maneuver through this uncomfortable time while waiting?

The key takeaways should be to communicate as often with your recruiter as possible, please make the company aware of any expectations or potential offers you may have regarding a time frame or decision. Also, take this time to research the company on an in-depth level, this will help you should you receive an offer.
Wishing #jobseekers the best on all upcoming interviews!
