How Long Can You Go Without _________?
Our habits own us. Just take your phone as an example. If there was a survey before the cell phone came out, no one would have answered yes to using their phone 10+ hours a day and being addicted to texts, messages, reels and sports scores and the weather. Teens surveyed admit to 4-5 hours+ a day on their phones.
So how long could you go without your phone? Cigarettes, alcohol, sleep, good nutritional food, movement…how long could you go without any of these?
If you decide to reduce any and all of these, don’t do it all at once. Just pick one and become aware of your routine around it’s use. Then you will know what is needed. I remember quitting smoking and it was all I could do but think about it. It was one of the best lessons in my life and the most difficult.
