How to Live in Ease and Flow

SLOW DOWN AND ENJOY THE WONDER

Dear Friends,

Happy Wednesday.

We are a third of the way into January, and the energy is encouraging us to relax in the now and pace ourselves.?

Mars, the planet of action, is moving out of its retrograde cycle and stationing direct tomorrow. Mercury, the planet ruling our communication, begins moving forward next week.??

As they begin their journey forward, many ideas we have had will unwind and open for us.

Let go of restlessness and the anxiety of thinking we must rush forward. Be ready to move forward, naturally.

The biggest challenge to humans is thinking we should know exactly where we are going and what will happen.

How can we ever know until we get there?

I have traveled quite a bit, allowing balance and flow. I make some plans and leave room for opportunities that lead me to adventure and discoveries where I am visiting.?

I also never regretted not seeing everything possible on a trip. Instead, I stayed awake to appreciate where I was, and what was called to me and take in the experience and how it impacted me.

Where are you in your life now?

How do you feel in your body, mind, and spirit?

Stay connected to you so you can hear your body's wisdom, higher intelligence, and intuition.

To know where we are going, we have to be present where we are.

Surrendering to the journey was one of the most liberating things I ever did.?

This is how we open to the flow of life.

A theme of people I have spoken to these past two weeks is the desire to be in the flow and live in balance.

Letting go of control and trying to manipulate our lives and the people we live and work with is a gift of freedom. From here, we move with what is and travel from there.

We begin with living with purpose and intention.

Listening to and allowing our inner desires lead us to opportunities?and actions that support us.

This is a great week to take the time to reflect, be quiet, listen, and ask your higher self these questions.

• What do I want?
• What calls to me?
• What is important to me??
• What are my intentions?
• What are my values?
• What makes me feel purposeful?
• What keeps me stuck and away from my desires and best life?
• Can I put myself first and act from a firm foundation of truth and love instead of trying to please others?

One of our biggest blocks is looking to outside approval for our personal choices and actions.

Trust the peaceful inner voice of you awaiting your attention and consideration.

Each one of us has infinite?wisdom inside.

Wisdom is a soft, peaceful, direct, and clear voice.

Learn to discover, trust, and follow this inner wisdom.

You will be amazed at your life's outer results of ease, flow, and balance.
