Without a Facebook strategy, “between 72% and 90% of your past clients can't remember your name 12 months after you close the deal with them,” says Bill. “They like you and 86% say they'd reuse you or refer you, yet only 10% of them ever do, and somewhere between 7 and 9 out of 10 can't even remember your name.” ‘I loved him. He was great, but I ... what was his name again? Started with an S?’
“Social media makes it possible for me to make anybody I've ever met never forget me again. I never lose a deal to obscurity, but the key is you can't do it organically.”
Bill explained how to instantly convert every Facebook friend you have into a follower on your page, and then follow that up with, more or less, everybody you've ever traded a phone call or email with and move them into a custom audience.
