How to Leverage Sunday to Win Your Week

How to Leverage Sunday to Win Your Week

Sundays can be the ?? launchpad for a strong week - and it doesn’t take much ??

Here’s my weekly 10 min routine to ensure I attack the week instead of wasting it by just going through the motions:

1. Review my calendar ??? & what I’m committed to for the next 6 days.

(Side note: if I notice my schedule is packed, I make a sticky note on my desk to clear space in a week or two after & create more bandwidth vs hoping it doesn’t happen again.)

2. I set my intention of who I want to show up as. What identity do I want to reinforce and what traits do I want to embody this week?

3. Review my annual, quarterly, & monthly goals ?? on my whiteboard, then set my 5 ??priorities for the week ahead. What do I need to hit to consider my week won ???

4. Block time in my calendar ?? to work on those five priorities.

5. Block time in my calendar for my workouts this week and which group classes I’ll attend.

6. Review pending tasks leftover from last week incomplete. Block small 20-minute windows throughout my week to continue working on them this week so I don’t hope I “find the time” for them.

7. Review my Start / Stop / Continue from Friday afternoon so it’s top of mind this week. What's the one thing I need to start this next week? What's the one thing I need to stop from this previous week? And what's the one thing I'm doing well and should continue doing?

8. Enjoy the rest of my Sunday, knowing I’m ready to attack Monday.

It doesn’t take much time to give yourself an advantage each week - simply 10 minutes of intentional focus when it’s more convenient to ‘roll into the week & figure it out then.’

Set yourself up to win this week ?? by using Sunday to launch you toward a “W” ??.

Do what most won’t to get what most want.

I’m cheering for you.
