As the old adage goes “Time is money”, These tactics will save you time, therefore they are worth their weight in gold, Choose which tactics or softwares suits your current situation:

Automate Bookkeeping tasks

1. Automate Data Entry: The time spent on searching through receipts or invoices, organising them and typing all the data into your spreadsheet or software can be replaced by opening the Dext App and uploading your receipt on the spot. Dext then extracts the Data for you. You can connect Dext to your accounting software so that you can avoid double data entry, reduce the chance of errors, and save significant time.?

1. Leverage webapps for content Ideas: There are many ways to research content Ideas for your marketing. One of the best ways is keyword research, and one of the simplest ways to do that is through a website called answerthepublic.com , Just type in a keyword and it will come back to you with search enquiries from your prospects. This is an easy way to get inside the conversation they have in their head, and allow you to write marketing messages that resonate with them.?
2. Leverage AI for writing content: I think everyone has heard of Chat GPT and even used it. If you had it write stuff for you, you will notice that most of the time it writes in a very formal, robotic, and unemotional way. It’s easy to fix that. Once you’ve received a reply from chat GPT with the writing that you’ve requested. Ask it to rewrite the content into a first person, active, and conversational tone of voice. By doing that you can get close to a writing written by a friend for a friend.
3. Leverage Canva for Graphic Design: Once you have content Ideas and you had Chat GPT write the content for you, you can go to Canva and Use their templates for a variety of marketing purposes like designing advertisement, brochures, and even product catalogues.?

By using these 3 tactics, you will immediately save hours in creating content. But keep in mind that, creating content this way is not enough… while it’s easy to leave it as is. To truly create content that resonates with your prospects you have to do more research, you have to revise the copy, edit the design, and make multiple variations to test which ones work.?

1. Use Trello to create a digital kanban board: A kanban board is a project management tool that visually displays and categorises tasks as: Backlog, To do, Doing, Done. So that you are not stuck with a massive to do list, but with a process to get stuff done.
2. Create a conducive environment for focus with Rescuetime: This software helps you take control of your time, by tracking and categorising all the hours you’ve spent on your computer, on your phone, and offline. And giving you detailed accurate reports on how you spend your time. This will let you observe your behaviour, and plan out how you can improve your time management. Even more, it can work as a pomodoro timer and also block the websites and apps that most negatively impact your focus when you are working.?
3. Save time from chores with services: Most of the time in our day is spent on short trips, chores, Shopping, Preparing food, and cooking. If you are working on growing your business and you absolutely need to buy yourself more time. You can literally buy yourself more time, Use services like Menulog for your Groceries, Uber Eats for your Lunch, Airtasker for your chores, youfoodz for your meal prep, and if you still want to cook, get HelloFresh to deliver you a Meal Kit. If you need non-sensitive business tasks done you can use Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.?

Time is very important. Just like your finances make sure you take into account every minute.?

Every minute spent in the Busy Middle when you are not generating revenue is quite literally time you are losing money. And time that you could’ve Automated or Delegated so that you can spend the time with your family.
