Based in part on research and theories of Jean Piaget and Seymour Papert, LEGO Serious Play provides people the opportunity to explore ideas and uncover new insights like no other opportunity. When your hands are involved, your brain is highly engaged allowing more of the free thinking ideas to flow.

With the methodology, all people involved get a chance to talk and share. This alone can help people increase their confidence and allow others to listen. Rather than getting two or three people to dominate a discussion, you get a much more even approach to discussion and idea sharing. This allows for hidden insights to be unveiled.
