How to learn from the mistakes

As a man , we all need to make mistakes, mistakes make us progress, and we can get experience from it, so we can not avoid the mistakes, so the question is how can we learn from the mistakes?we made so many mistakes, and only few of them could get experience from it, most of us could only be hurted by the mistakes, in my opinion there are sevelar methods to avoid the mistakes, and learn more about it,let's get start it.

The first method we will talk about is to share the experience with others. especially the close friends, when we make mistakes, we must study it and find out the reasons, only with that can we do the plan. the process of sharing the mistake could help us seeing the real situation of the background. if you don't learn to find out the reasons , you will fall into the trouble soon, we all don't want that happen ,right?remember ,share the mistake with others will make you feel comfortable.

The second method to learn from the mistake is to discuss with others, this way is similar with the method above. the main point of this method is to deal with the thing but not with the people , so if we can do this, we will overcome the difficulty easily.
