One thing we have seen profoundly useful as a thumb rule is: Its crucial for the Digital leaders to be able to articulate at early stage how the value will be created. It is more about how new digital business building will transform the processes ( new value, new product, new customers) vs transforming existing businesses processes just for sake of it.
