Agree leadership agility is a characteristic that is super important today. Love the energy you’ve created around this super important topic! Just wish we could find a different word than “direction”. Exceptional communication and empowering leadership are usually about asking great questions, providing just-in-time support, and pulling the best out of employees (not directing them to things). Perhaps ‘Facilitation’ might be a more apt descriptor? Or ‘Cheerleader’, even?
