How to Lead by Example as a Trainer

As a Trainer, you are a role model to your trainees. They are constantly absorbing everything that you are projecting. Here are 5 ways in which you can lead by example as a trainer:

  • Cultivate the habit of listening to your trainees. They will develop it too.
  • Don't dwell too long on the problem. Spend time creating solutions.
  • Practice what you preach and mean what you say.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of purpose and set high standards of quality.
  • Trust your trainees. They will develop the confidence of performing well in this way.
