Good news is, it's easy to understand and once understood can change your business forever.
A process is how you do things in your business. Think of these as a step by step. The system is the process, the people, and the technology all wrapped together.
Ok, so now that we have the what established, now it's time to show you how it actually saves you money.....
Easy, I can break it down in a few questions...
- How much time do you and/or your team spend looking for things (links, documents, etc)?
- You go through #google
drives, external drives, folders.
- Scrambling to find something that your client is asking for and an email that should have taken 1 min to respond to is taking hours to locate information.
- Everyone else was sure that someone else uploaded it and nobody is clear on who is actually responsible for holding client deliverables.
2. Do you recreate the wheel every time you offer the same service or do a routine task?-
- Every time you get a customer complaint do you have a set process on how it should go? Who is tracking that information?
- Every time you sign a new client for your service you are trying to recall how to recreate the successful client's experience
3. If you had to onboard a new client tomorrow, do you know exactly how to do that and is there #automations
that help save you/your team time?
- What information do you need from the client?
- How do you set up the project and how do you tell everyone who is responsible for what?
4. If you had to onboard a new employee or contractor tomorrow, how would you do that? How do you get them what they need painlessly?
- Do you have a clear path for the new hire?
- Do you forget to get paperwork, contracts signed?
Because here's the thing, if there was uncertainty in those questions, let me show you how they impact your bottom line....
