Document Analyzer has become the preferred method for many KnowHow users (and our own Customer Success Team Members!) to add new processes to KnowHow. In some cases, the PDF being uploaded doesn’t resemble a strict, intentionally worded process, and this is Document Analyzer’s bread and butter ??.?
But if the PDF is already written exactly as the user wants, how can we match that?
Introducing Exact Match, now in Document Analyzer! With this setting enabled, users can upload documents and select Exact Match to grab the information from the PDF word-for-word. This gives another option to our users that are looking to easily document the undocumented and add it to KnowHow!

NEXUS 2025 in Las Vegas!
We kicked off the year in Las Vegas at NEXUS 2025, one of the largest gatherings of restoration and cleaning professionals. This event was all about connections, innovation, and forward-thinking strategies—which is why KnowHow was there in full force.
Our CEO, Leighton T Healey , took the stage to unpack insights from the 2024 C&R State of the Industry Report, and how these trends will shape workforce development, leadership strategies, and the restoration of business operations in the years ahead.

Thomasville Restoration Quarterly Offsite
Some companies talk about team culture—Thomasville Restoration lives it. We had the privilege of joining their Quarterly Offsite in Baltimore, where we got an inside look at how they’re fostering transparency, accountability, and camaraderie at every level of their business.
From open-book financials and goal-setting sessions to their Family First Fund that provides emergency support to employees, Thomasville is setting the gold standard for what a people-first company looks like in restoration. And, of course, there was plenty of laughter, celebration, and deep-dive conversations on how to shape the customer experience during a loss event.
