Sometime in the beginning of 2022,?something switched for me?in the “dreams scope” department.?At first, it was a keen realization that I was not as charged as I usually am.?In session after session, I was feeling restless and starting to modify my own tracks to try new things. It was a wakeup call: I recognized that tug, that ennui, that boredom, frankly; I had outgrown my latest phase.

THAT was a turning point. It was then that?I decided to play bigger – with?With Enthusiasm Coaching, with my life, with my dreams.Since then, I have worked hard and I made big choices to rent a new office space, employ three new team members, really stretch myself, and somewhere in that same month, buy a gorgeous new condo in Austin.

As I've been doing this, there have been moments in which I feel overwhelmed.

Sometimes, I feel a bit sad for "giving up" the ability to coach you one on one, and I don't love having to say NO to those who still want the terms that were available in the past.?

Understandable, right?

After a huge expansion often comes a contraction. I know that.

I also know that if I don't keep pushing and expanding, I will not make it to the next level.

By the end of January 2023, after I’d finished selling my second group offering of the year, I was speaking with a client and friend of mine whom I adore, hearing myself tell her to stop playing small.

That's when it hit me:?I’m done with playing small, too. It's GO TIME. And just like that... my identity changed.
