8 年:) it's a big decision - sometimes they need time. we are ready when they are - we adjust our motivation to our clients motivation :) When they have urgency to buy or sell, we drop everything else to make it happen. Here we call it - client a, b , c n so on - motivation level - where we put our time n energy. Thanks for posting :)
