How to Know The Training That Works

The following are brief focal points for the training that delivers.

  1. It imparts values.
  2. It demands commitment on the part of the trainee.
  3. It leaves the trainee living by a philosophy.
  4. It is attained by instruction.
  5. It carries indicators that shows alignment and deviations.
  6. It signals the commencement of a new or improved lifestyle.
  7. It recognises the uniqueness of the trainee.
  8. It aids decision making by evaluating the consequence of possible options.
  9. It acknowledges the times in which the trainee lives in but anchors its validity on timeless principles.
  10. It must be received with a teachable heart to have impact in a change of behaviour
  11. The virtues it imparts are never disregarded.

Final Word

If training delivered does not reflect any of these things, the likelihood of the investment returning with little or no returns is high.
