In our mouth, there is a space between each of the teeth. You might not be aware of this because it's really small and you can't see it. 1. Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and water floss at least once a day
2. Drink water to wash away bacteria that causes bad breath, cavities, and gum disease
3. Cut down on sugar - it's not good for your teeth or your health
