How To Keep Your Family Active During The COVID-19 Pandemic (As Seen On Sporting Kid Live)

Many children have found themselves going from being active multiple times a day to minimal exercise due to the Coronavirus. Parents may find themselves grasping for ideas to help their children stay active or even just to burn some energy before bedtime!

With the drastic change in everyone’s schedule and move toward online schooling for kids, it’s important to add fun activity into their schedule. Getting kids up and excited about moving during this break from school can help keep them in shape for when their favorite sports return or even help prepare them to start to play a sport. One miscommunication about exercise many adults and children have is that exercise can’t be fun. This is far from the truth! Finding exercises that your children (and you!) enjoy is a great way to ensure you’ll both get the exercise you need.
