How to Keep Your Company Filled With Evergreen Talent

When doing so, ask them the following questions:

  1. What were your hopes and dreams when you took this job?
  2. Have you achieved your dreams? If not, what can I do to help?
  3. How else can I support you?

The only statement that hit me is that there are plenty of candidates available who has same caliber and can do the same job at less salary, but its employee's call if he/she wants to stay or leave.
