#2 Going Deeper
Living the Life You’ve Been Given and Letting Go of the One That You Thought You Wanted
Things shift.
Then we have a choice: do we shift as well or cling to what we thought we wanted??
It doesn’t necessarily mean abandoning everything we've worked for or making drastic changes overnight. It's a process of self-reflection, reassessment, and making conscious choices to align our lives with our true aspirations.
Why it matters: If we cling to what we thought we wanted or try to hang on to "what was" long after it's changed, we become stuck.
Embracing the shift doesn’t necessarily mean abandoning everything we've worked for or making drastic changes overnight. It's a process of self-reflection, reassessment, and making conscious choices to align our lives with our true aspirations.
By doing so, we can find greater fulfillment, growth, and a sense of living authentically.?That’s what my guest, Nicole Edwards, and I explore in this conversation.

1 年Great stuff here, Bobbi. Living the life we've been given is a great nugget. Sometimes we're too caught up in goals or expectations that we lose sight of the gifts that are in front of us. I think we could use more acceptance and more listening to our life--and the lessons it's trying to teach us. Sometimes we're too busy expecting things to go as we planned or hoped that we don't go with the flow. Thanks for bringing this forward, Bobbi!
