Some of my friends asked me about the way to keep the fire burning because in a long run we often lose track our goals, lose motivation and start to take it easy.
The way I do it :
1) Focus on the bigger purpose of your life:
If that purpose has some part of making others life better then it's even a bigger drive. Don't just think that I need to get motivated just for today or this week. Temporary motivation will phase out
Bigger purpose for me is helping 10 million people and it constantly pushes me to keep moving. I may not notice change within a week or a month but for sure I will start seeing results in coming years.
2) Be obsessed:
Be obsessed to the point that you don't care what people think about you because you know your purpose and your potential
3) Be vocal about your purpose:
Tell everyone around you about it till they get fed up :)
This way you will attract like minded and positive people who want to become great like you. They will keep reminding you of your goal.
For me Winners Club is that force because everyone in this group has decided to be great and they keep reminding me about my purpose
4) Do things that you don't like:
Even if I don't like to read or workout I need to do it. You don't like to eat proper diet, that is exactly what you should do
Pls share this message with everyone and see how many like minded people you attract and hope they become part of our 10million network

8 年Choose a goal and go for it! Be positive, energized and focused on your goal. Different people have different thoughts and sorry boss, we can't change it. So, just move forward keeping every negative piece aside! I believe to achieve success, only three basic things are required: 1. Learning something new every day, by this you are adding values to your life! ( It can be as smallest as cleaning a desk or learning a new formula in MS Excel) 2. Never give up ( Fail...Fail...& Fail...Mind it, we are not a superhuman who does everything perfectly, fail but remember Point 1) 3. Good Intention ( Success doesn't mean having lots of money, you also need peace of mind and anything you do with a good intention will never take off your sleep at night) The article is nicely put across and sorry if I have taken the topic somewhere else! Cheers Shashank

8 年My way- be happy with the achievements and not satisfied. That helps in aiming newer milestones one after another.

8 年Simple, specific and to the point article Dev Gandhi! I think, single minded obsession with one's goals and the thrill to see them turning into reality, despite the odds, is what works for most successful entrepreneurs! An idea that results into an invoice is the ultimate adrenaline kick! :)
