- Consider their physical and mental well-being. Our company has established an eye-catching environment at our workplace and allow them to utilize a superior gym for free to assist them stay fit.
- Celebrate accomplishments while also supporting setbacks. They want to be considered worthwhile and supported not just in good times, but also in bad.
- Interact with them. Leaders and managers should be authoritative when it comes to completing their jobs, but working in the same environment should cause them to view employees as colleagues and friends at times and laugh or have life discussions with them as well.
- It's all about balance. Being excessively authoritarian, or even harsh, to employees makes them feel unhappy and undervalued. The goal is to find the correct words, even if they are not performing what you wanted. The proper words may sometimes expose their actual potential.
