How To Keep Customers Engaged
?????Personalizing their customer experience and customer service.?The minute someone buys from us, there’s a hot handoff, an immediate text that comes to me, comes to our program manager, to the level that they do it.?if they’re not at a certain level, they’re not going to get me on the thread.?But they’re immediately going to get someone, or organization to pick up that phone.?And there’s actually a human out in automation that talks to them.?Takes information about them.
????Also, what do we do??We’re correcting the information.?We’re clearing up their address, if they didn’t give us an address.?What’s their best email to continue engagement??High touch so they feel heard, they feel like they’re going to get information.?And then immediately start the fulfillment.
?????You need to provide huge engagement.?Survey them, ask for feedback.?What else could you do better??A whole other tool that I use is, a gift and card process, where I send out postcards.?So, we send them out more and more.?We’ll send postcards to our current clients.?Postcards are one of the number one tools in 2023, because emails, although effective, are overused.?Same with text messaging.?All of the things that you do now to engage, add a postcard.?Just show them that you are grateful for them.?Loyalty, rewards, appreciation.?Not only acknowledge people, but have an area for success stories, so they can share their success with other students.
????This does two things.?One, it has them feel like they’re acknowledged in your system, and it’s a great testimonial for this looking at you to become a customer of yours.?Another way to keep customers engaged is, to foster that sense of community.?And then help them find the tribe within their community.
