How Junk Food Impacts your Productivity!??

The WHO reports that “adequate nutrition can raise your productivity levels by 20 percent on average.” You’ll be better able to focus and accomplish tasks when you’ve eaten properly.
These are just some of the 3 reasons why FAST food may be negatively impacting your success:
1. Weight Gain ????
FAST foods are packed full of toxins, exceedingly high in trans fats, sugars and bad carbohydrates which are prime drivers of weight gain and obesity.
Weight gain left unchecked leads to negatively impacting your productivity in general.
2. Lower Energy Levels??
Digestion breaks down the foods you eat and converts them into energy that can either be readily used or stored for later.
Fast foods inhibit this breakdown because they are easier to digest.
This is why you feel a short burst of energy after having fast foods, however a crash shortly follows as these levels are not sustainable and you’re back to JUNK FOOD for more.??
3. Risk of Heart Disease and other conditions ?????
Because fast foods are usually packed with fat, sugar and lots sodium. This will increase your risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
What you eat determines what enters your bloodstream, and your brain function is one of the most obvious exhibitors of your body’s health.
When it’s healthy, you’re focused. The opposite happens for unhealthy eaters.
The key to productivity is in your hands. Watch what you eat, and that will translate to results that follow in every aspect of your life.??
