How Judges Decide Cases
Andrew Goodman is a leading barrister and arbitrator in the UK and has written the book How Judges Decide Cases. He draws on extensive litigation and law reporting experience to teach the analysis of judgments. The new edition includes modern scientific thinking on bias in decision-making. The book ends with an eye-opening chapter on using law reports.
Andrew is seen at the IATC conference in Stellenbosch with a copy of another of his books, Effective Written Advocacy.
