Before we dive deeper on how he was able to achieve that through my specific ?????? --> ?????? ??????????????, allow me to give you a bit of background context on where John was at the start of the quarantine, just a few months ago.?
?? When we first met – he used to be in a really bad place both physically and mentally.?
As a manager of a large company, he would have a lot of things on his plate not only in work but out of it too.?
? And it goes without saying he used to feel tired almost all the time.?
? He would do everything possible to avoid looking in the mirror and would wear baggy clothes to cover up his body.?
? He had tried losing weight before with some success but unfortunately, he regained the weight back just a short time after.?
? He had tried the different fad diets you can think of but nothing worked for him in the long run.?
? Not to mention he wanted to quit fitness altogether and was too intimated to even hit the gym…?
However, when COVID-19 hit hard and most people decided to step back and fall off track, John refused to be most people.?
