How It’s Not Your Fault that You Can’t Fall Asleep. And How to Make it Disappear in Just 7 Days

I’ve been there.

Dead tired and can’t fall a sleep because my mind is racing.

I didn’t have the luxury to lie awake all night thinking because I joined the 5:00AM club. If you want to know more about the 5:00AM club read my article here.

I know many people suffer from the same faith. The time is passing and you are tossing and turning and you can’t fall asleep. Thoughts are blazing left and right.

The constant doubt of not being able to fall asleep. What will happen the next day on that all too important meeting if you can’t get quality rest?

Have you noticed this?

The mind is usually racing on Sunday evenings.

This idea I’ve credit to Dave Asprey. He is a bio-hacker and from his book I’ve implemented many great ideas. After doing this for a week I had no restless nights ever since.

There are three things you need to do if you’re having sleep issues.

I’m not a doctor so I don’t take any responsibility for this. Certain professionals say that a deficiency in B1 vitamin can cause this. And the easiest fix is taking a teaspoon of nutritional yeast. To me nutritional yeast has in interesting flavor but I can’t pinpoint what it resembles.

If you have ruled out B1 deficiency then take a look at your evening habits. When was the last time you had coffee? Did you watch the evening news? Did you watch a horror movie?

These all contribute to keeping you awake.

If I remember correctly coffee has the half-life of 6 hours. If you drink one in the evening it might tinker with your sleep.

It’s a bad idea to watch the evening news. It’s created in a way that is meant to scare you. If you can skip that you will see an improvement in the quality of your sleep.

I’ve taken this idea from Dave as well. No screen time 1 hour before sleep. Now this was one of the biggest factors that helped me sleep like a baby.

No Tv, Laptop, or Smartphone. I picked up a book. And I mean an actual bookbook not the kindle. It’s so relaxing to read. One hour of reading preps your brain for sleep.

Now I tried reading some boring books they knock me out in 15-30 minutes. I get to a point where I just can’t keep my eyes open.

Another great trick that I’ve used for easier sleep was journaling. But I’ve stopped because reading books was more fun. And I only had one hour to spare in my whole day.

Journaling goes like this. You set the time 5-10-15 minutes. And you just write down every thought that you have.

Why this is important?

Because you don’t have to keep it in your mind. It’s on paper. You can visit it whenever you like it.

Actually I used this journaling technique to get rid of a migraine.

One day I had an argument with a relative of mind. And as the day went by my head started to hurt. And time goes by the pain level increases and turns into a full blown migraine.

This idea came to me: why shouldn’t I write my thoughts down?

I poured every ounce of anger into that document.

Guess what? My migraine went away.

What kind of tactics do you have to fall asleep faster?

Have you tried journaling?

What do you think about reading books before going to bed?

What is 3DPS?

It’s a system that reaches out to people and turns them into clients. How would you feel if you would know for certainty that there’s a steady flow of clients coming in regularly?

Yes, I’m talking about clients and not leads or prospects.

The 3DPS system was created through numerous trials and errors to achieve this.

To learn more about the system head over to 3DPS.ORG and watch the free video series. I will teach you step by step how to create your very own 3DPS system and start enjoying a predictable flow of clients.
