Integrated Management System certification

We recently achieved the certification of our Integrated Management System (IMS) from EQA in the field of quality, environment, and safety. In this regard, Raúl Usla – IMS responsible – tells us how this process contributes to the growth of the organization.

Q: What does this step mean and why is important to have a certified IMS?

A: Having a certified Integrated Management System means that we have developed, implemented, maintain y continuously improve every necessary measure in order to ensure compliance with quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety requirements. Having our Certificate serves as a guarantee for all Coastoil Dynamic stakeholders and reaffirms our commitment to developing better organizational practices.

Q: How do these three certification standards add value to Coastoil Dynamic?

A: Allows the control and development of continuous improvement of the various activities of the organization through process focus whilst measuring its performance through audits. Facilitates the compliance of legal requirements and others applicable, supports the reduction of work accidents, prevention of injuries, and promotes the development of human resources. Finally, improves the success rate of change implementation within the company.

Q3. What’s next?

A: As part of the commitment acquired by the Coastoil Dynamic team, aiming to maintain the validity of our Certificate, we must review and improve the organization’s processes, monitor their compliance through audits, and report the performance of the Integrated Management System to the Top Management.
