How to stop time: Meditate. It’s the only way to stop your mind from talking. Your mind may not be always right. You are not your mind alone. Let you be just you in meditation
How to travel in time: Read. It fires up your imagination as you turn the pages. Reading is an immersive experience of the past or future. Reading will find its own entry to different parallel universes
How to escape time: Music. It changes the mood and energy around you. Music gives you the rhythm to gain momentum. It gives you a world of your own. Let’s move with the beat.
How to feel time: Write. It expresses your timeless thoughts so that when you read them in the future, you smile. Writing is a soulful activity, you feel the intimacy with time.
How to release time: Breathe. When you learn how to breathe, you avoid making decisions out of desperation. You release the mistake when you breathe out. Let’s Breathe and listen to our breath.
How to enjoy time: Leisure. When you are enjoying leisure, your mind is at rest while your body helps releases the stress. It gives you time to change your perspective of things. Are you relaxing?
How to make time: Decide. We are never too busy, we just didn’t make certain things a priority in life. Decide what’s important in life and you will have more time. So what are you busy with lately?
How to enjoy time: Connect. When we make meaningful connections, the experience makes you feel alive, ignites your soul, and time is well spent. When you don’t need to look at the clock, you are enjoying time.
How to Save Time: Plan. Planning doesn’t ensure that everything you do will be smooth, it shows you what to do if things go the other way. Use one hour in planning to save a day of hard work.
How to play with time: Imagine. Imagination lets you travel to another space. It gives you possibilities which you never think of before. When you play with options, you play with time. Remember to have fun doing it.
How to appreciate time: Reflect. You learn from your mistakes when you reflect on what went right, what went wrong, and what could have been done better. Self-reflection is connecting the dots with appreciation. You feel more intimate with time.
How to Multiply Time: Delegate. Delegation increases your impact and influence while spurring the growth and development of your time. Besides making you an inspirational leader, you now have time to do things of a higher calling.
How to improve time: Listen. Listening is an art of communication. It gives clarity, highlights blind spots, and it nurtures relationships. When you improve on your relationship with others, you are also improving how you spend your time in the future.
How to Invest in Time: Love. Investing your life in someone you love will yield the best returns of time spent. You empower and uplift that person. In turn, that person does the same for you. You know how it is worth it when you feel you are the most important person in someone’s life.
How to lengthen your time on earth: Sleep. Lack of sleep will lead to your body overworking and gain extra mileage. You may think you save a lot of time not sleeping at all. Your time here will eventually be shortened because of that decision.
