Amid constant change that accelerates and becomes more unpredictable (in a VUCA world - volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous), you need to be able to not only embrace change but also seek and amplify it to make the world a better place. And because that’s urgent, we must make it happen!
But how? That's one of the top concerns I hear from influential leaders, including CEOs, CXOs, and Directors.
They yearn to make the world a better place, to make it more responsible, sustainable, inclusive, and empathetic. I understand and share this desire.
This has inspired me to open up to a whole new world of possibilities and forms of empowerment.
