Firstly, all of our workspaces are equipped with large desks that provide plenty of space for your work supplies and guarantee proper ergonomics. Not only because every room serves its purpose as discussed above, but also to make sure that they don’t stay seated at the same spot all day. And the fact that there are only a limited number of these shared facilities at every MeetDistrict location, makes it an incredibly serendipitous environment. Benefit from that! The best infrastructure is a smart infrastructure. Almost every room at the four different MeetDistrict locations is linked to the MeetDistrict application. This app provides access, serves as a booking tool, connects the screen of your MeetBox with your computer, regulates temperature and ventilation, and so much more. While we are adamant on never losing sight of personal service with a smile, this technological integration is an incredible asset that grants Members and visitors the comfort to independently use MeetDistrict by just one tap on your phone.

Next to being integrated into physical rooms, the software of the app is connected to a Kiosk at the FrontDesk and an online ClientPortal as well. This way, it includes hospitality and admin support to the long list of assets this technological infrastructure has to offer. The data collected by this smart infrastructure also supports MeetDistrict’s sustainability management, since ‘to measure is to know’ how certain energy consumers like light, ventilation, and electricity can be kept in check.
