What a perfect example of working WITH people and not doing TO. Of the importance of bringing in voices from the front lines to find solutions to the intractable challenges we collectively face. And recognising that we don't all have the answers. This is the reason, since 2007, we have been working with corporate leaders, and immersing them into global issues, putting them on the front lines of global challenges and having them work with locals, on the ground, to solve them in short time-frames. Quickly teaching the skills of humility, empathy, the power of asking questions, of listening to the answers, and that collaborating is the beacon of hope we all need to make things better.
