How to increase your repeat orders?
Everything in sales and distribution for your wine brand will eventually come to do one word: Depletions. Here are my pointers on where you need to focus or what you can do to increase your repeat sales/depletions.
Summary: The best investment you can do in the first 2 years in building your brand is in-store tastings and giving money back in trade to drive sales. Your brands must have sell thru at retail. You only get one chance, so make sure once you get placements, the brand moves.
