  7. Depletion Rate Bonus For Retailers
  8. Store Merchandising. Window Signage.
  9. Quantity Buy Incentives.
  10. Regional and National Chain Placements and Coming In Their Promo Programs Like Total Wine’s Winery Direct.
  11. Switching Customers From Your Competitors With Help Of In-Store Reps.
  12. Case Cards, Shelf Talkers.
  13. Running Discount On Mix and Match Buys of your SKU.
  14. Holiday 2 -6 Pack Bags and Discount Buy.
  15. Offering Rewards and Competitions.
  16. Featuring Your Brand In Retailer's Newsletter or Online Sale Points.

Summary: The best investment you can do in the first 2 years in building your brand is in-store tastings and giving money back in trade to drive sales. Your brands must have sell thru at retail. You only get one chance, so make sure once you get placements, the brand moves.
