How to increase your profile views 500%

In the last 40 days I have done three things to increase my profile views and you should do the same. The power of profile views can be amazing - think of it like a lottery ticket - maybe it is a long-shot, but you never know when you might get lucky. If you are a student or recent graduate here are three ways to make an impact on "who viewed your profile" in the next 7 days. This could translate to a much greater number of potential internships, gigs, or even full-time roles!

Here are 3 ways to immediately increase profile views:

Publish a status update every day. Make it about your dreams, goals, or skills. Write about an observation you have or the way you feel during this crazy time. Create a simple video to highlight who you are, what you do, where you are graduating from - or whatever. LinkedIn has a huge increase in "engagement" and nothing is hotter than video. Here is some inspiration.

Publish an article (long form, like a blog). Publishing articles on LinkedIn can help you get noticed by recruiters and hiring managers. Many students and recent grads have leveraged their writing skills to get an awesome job. Writing on LinkedIn is an easy and prime opportunity to draw eyes to your profile.
