How to improve Tesla's turnaround time for a customer's vehicle?

Hi there,
I have written this article to the greater LinkedIn community to see if I can reach a member of innovation with Tesla Motors?
I read on LinkedIn only the other day that Elon Musk wants people who work in Tesla to not go through their various managers but rather contact the person directly. Taking the initiative from Elon I have decided to apply this approach to myself.
Without giving away my whole idea, after visiting the Irish dealership, I began to think about how Tesla could improve their damaged vehicles turnaround time worldwide. What I have learned at Tesla Ireland is that the replacement parts are only made in a few locations, when a part is needed it has to be ordered and shipped from America to Ireland. I was quite shocked to hear this as a lot of time is lost for the customer. I learned further that the customer of the vehicle then has to bring the vehicle to the nearest Tesla dealership. If you live in say America where there are multiple numbers of dealerships this may not be a big issue. In Ireland presently there is only one dealership and that is on the edge of Dublin.
The more I thought about it the more I felt that there had be a better solution.
After a few months I have come up with what I believe is a real viable idea that could be developed further and would reduce the environmental costs to the planet and also save a lot of money for Tesla. This idea is not some "pie-in-the-sky" concept but a fresh approach to reducing the time for both Tesla and the Tesla customer who wants to get back on the road as quickly as possible.
So what do I need from you?

I have already gone through the various contact channels and this has not proved successful. Any help would be much appreciated.
