How to improve motivation and break your own limits?

How to improve motivation and break your own limits?

People like Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos may seem like superhumans, but they’re just like us. The only difference is that they stayed motivated until they achieved their goals. We all have goals we want to achieve, but it’s easy to lose your motivation. However, you can achieve your dreams if you’re persistent and resilient. You can improve your motivation by creating the right mindset. You can also change how you work toward your goals and beat procrastination.

While the motivational stories are really amazing, the truth is that many, many people have experienced the frustration and failures associated with losing their motivation. They need to be reminded of their successes, as well as the frustration and mistakes they prevent from happening in the first place. Erase all the negativity out of your life by changing how you look at it. You can do so by changing your mindset. The trick is never letting one moment of frustration or disappointment throw you off track for your goals, whether personal or professional, in the process.

You feel good about "getting even" when you reach your goals - not feeling good when you don't? Chances are, your goals were troubling you in the beginning, but now it’s difficult to see any point in not reaching them. But letting go of the frustration can seem impossible to do, especially if you rely on external sources of motivation. Perhaps the result is that you will fail to get it at all. So where do you start? How can you change your mindset and begin to change you results?

Begin by making a list of your goals. List each and every goal you dream of achieving and do so in chronological order. This should be about 5 or 10 major goals. List every one of the goals in order of the most important. Whether your goals are related to business or personal life, continue in the same manner.

Once you have your list, you may assume quickly that you don't actually want to reach your goals, but you are too busy balking and messing with aspects of your life to even try? This is actually how people lose their motivation to achieve - they don't want it enough, so their subconscious minds convince them that they don't.

But you don't have to wait until your goal is achieved before you consider going after it. You can turn the whole process on its ear right from the start. Your next step is to train your brain to focus on the things you do want, especially when you don't know where it is. As you get familiar with the tactics, you will find yourself dreaming of progression to reach your ultimate goal. It's worth the time and effort to do so, as new perspectives of your goal will develop as you go with the journey.

And as you take more time in the process, from signing up for classes, to creating a plan of action, you may begin to see a path to reaching your goal. You can create a timeline with the more actively sought goals, and the less actively sought goals on that timeline. In this manner, you can set up your life to be more focused in time, work and energy in order to achieve your goals. Of course, you should be prepared to set your goals higher as you grow in skill and knowledge. You need to set a benchmark that should involve you being able to feel complete convincing about your ability first.

Finally, you need to be strong enough to continue the journey without lifting your head off the ground, much less letting anything stop you. You need to know in your heart that you don't want to lose your motivation - and something you achieve within must prevent your loss of it! The goal you set should be well-thought out and within your reach, even when your mind thinks otherwise. But it shouldn't be too hard to set it. Once you've set your goals, you need to work hard and keep improving your goals on a daily basis. You may also want to accelerate your progress by making your goals a little easier to attain.

So think big and don't give up :) ??????
