I've collected more than my share of lead magnets since I jumped online to learn this internet business thing in 2013.
I knew it would work because my first online purchase was Double Your Dating by David Deangelo.
At the time, I thought I wanted to be a pickup artist. But I really didn't.
I had too much respect for women to be flat-out manipulative.
So I searched for someone who could help me find the next woman of my dreams.
Yes, I said "the next" woman of my dreams.
I was brokenhearted for years after losing my fiancee.
And I wanted to never feel that pain again.
Learning the art of seduction was going to be my way of controlling relationships.
But what I found on the internet was negging, peacocking, and being a jerk.
That behavior wasn't for me.
Then, I came across this landing page offering "The Kiss Test."
The promise: How to tell if she's ready to be kissed.
I submitted my name and email into the form. On the next page, was a simple paragraph explaining how to perform the test.
I tried the test, and it worked!

I read almost every email he sent me for the next year or so.
And I purchased the Double Your Dating home study course.
And I'm still talking about that man's course almost 20 years later.
If your lead magnet doesn't elicit the responses I just mentioned, it's lazy.
So let's make it more effective.
